after the chase i give the high fine
He is ask me why
i told him ask yourself
i gave him the high fine for pushed me in chase
^ After those that chat he is insulted me says stupid and *Removed*
i told him nice insult then i still driving my car after parking in right of road
He is come and crash me i told him No sorry?
Says to me , ask you're self

Hi,

a-binali, in future when somebody asks for the reason as to why you are giving a high fine, you should always explain to them the reasons. You must always have a reason for choosing each fine and should somebody ask why you need to be able to explain to them.

However, this does not excuse the shocking behavior from Grifex.

Grifex will be banned for 180 days for insulting, swearing and ramming.
