In the replay (.mpr) included, you can see, as I..
04:10.00: want to turn right, on the right lane, until at..
04:15.00: STEDMAN arrives, I even go a bit further, as I see him in the mirror, so he doesn't crash me.
After that, you can still see him honking at me and crash/ram me, but I didn't say anything, I just wanted to let him go, with the motto "who cares"
At 4:45.00 you can see him revenge ram me with full throttle, it was so hard that I flipped.
I asked him if he says sorry, his reaction was "np"

You would have got a better result explaining the rules to him, it was very clearly on purpose so just asking him to say sorry doesn't make much sense at all.

User will be given a confirmable warning about intentional ramming though.
