Hi,

By messing with cops it's no surprise that you can trigger an unusual reaction from them. Whilst this particular move was a little excessive, COPs are permitted to break road laws to initiate a chase as long as it's safe. This was a very minor issue as you said yourself so I won't be taking action.

I will keep a note of this report for future reference.
