Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
16:03 WoutH88 blocks the road while I'm in chase and causes me to lose the chase. I didn't get to brake because I thought he just drives quickly over the road but then he just stops in the middle of the road to block me. When I realized he stop in the middle of the road, braking wouldn't have helped anything so I did quick decision to try to squeeze thru the gap but didn't work.

Sorry for the delay in processing this report.

Although WoutH88 could have done things differently (e.g. waited), I don't think it was his intention to make you crash. As they apologised in-game and also above, I am not going to take any further action.

Joz, please try to talk to the user properly in-game in future - saying "wtf", "see you on the forum" isn't the way to go about doing things.
