Happened around 20:30 GMT on Friday, near Taunton, Somerset.

Such a terrible accident with 43 injured, some life-threatening, besides the many who died.

RIP to everyone who died, and all the others will hopefully get well.

It was actually 34 vehicles confirmed to have been involved in the crash.

there was a firework display in a rugby field next to it just before the accident and there was a lorry carrying aerasol's etc hence the fireball Sad

It looks like a combination of smoke from the fireworks display and fog caused the crash, the rugby club are trying to say that it wasn't their fault because the display finished 15 mins before the crash, but people are saying that there was a lot of smoke still there.

Eyewitness accounts stated 3metres visibility of fog, very much doubt the fireworks had a part in it tbh if the weather was that bad.

I highly doubt firework can cause such low visibilty 15 minutes after the show.
