Hello, thank you for the report.

MPR Notes:

I have watched the full chase, from the moment sametttpe joined:

1:12:40 - sametttpe joins the chase using '!join'.
1:14:29 - sametttpe goes wrong way to catch up with the chase - unnecessary.
1:14:40 - sametttpe blocks the road with a handbrake turn, suspect was in sight for sametttpe from their in car view. Not appropriate roadblock attempt.
1:17:00 - sametttpe hits laurynas683 onto the wall on the left, causing minor suspension damage for the suspect - against the rules but very minor.
1:17:30 - sametttpe started braking when the suspect did, however because the cop's braking was inconsistent, they ended up hitting the suspect in the rear, causing no damage.
1:17:43 - Unnecessary hit from sametttpe, did not break the rules.
1:20:25 - sametttpe accelerates and hits the suspect's rear a few times without braking, then the suspect brake checks, and that's when sametttpe starts braking, with slight delay. Both cars spin, laurynas683 spins from sametttpe's hits, and sametttpe spins after being unintentionally hit by bowler. The taps didn't cause much damage to the suspect, therefore could be considered allowed.

Outcome:

The chase was not great - the biggest issue being unnecessary driving on the wrong side and the inappropriate roadblock attempt at 1:14.29 & 1:14:40.
sametttpe will be given a confirmable warning for the above-mentioned reasons.
