im not fussed about the refund because it was only 50 euro but im really annoyed at how TC's and over all cops fine for no reason, like in this Nammi says during the replay in the 1:28:40-end of video part that my nose went on the road, yet when you look on replay, it doesn't, then he says after he checked replay, that i was driving erraticly when during the replay, you can see i'm controling my speed by fethering the throttle, so he obviously didnt check properly, also if you look at the replay that i noticed, he stops in middle of road and causes an accident him self without saying sorry to the person who crahsed.

Is this is report or refund request? Either way it has got to be dealt with by [TC] Management, thus the wait.

Whereas a user report can be dealt with by anyone and that falls under the role of Constables & Inspectors mainly, so hold your lip and stop the petty comments.

Ok,

I agree that your nose did not enter the road, however it seems that your driving was the cause of the crash. You were reversing along the side the road and angled your car towards the road, which was enough for Nammi to brake and steer away, and the car behind to do the same and then hit the barrier.

Just because the front of your car didn't cross the line, that doesn't mean you can't have been the cause.

I don't (in my personal opinion) agree with a fine for failing to keep right there, but I would have potentially issued a fine myself for dangerous driving.
