The reason why you were banned for 31 days was the fact that you rammed heavily into a chase that was stopped in the road. Inputs show that you backed off the throttle for a few seconds, saw the chase, saw the sirens and then put your foot down again.

You then tried to blame the people involved in the chase.

You have had serveral warnings, kicks and bans for ramming and failing to stay remote from chases, so it is time you start to play by the rules otherwise the next ban will be much longer.
