I know, I know, I shouldn't have enabled the smoke-mod that used to work with 0.6B on the 0.6E game (on 0.6b it didn't trigger CPW). Somehow it triggered CPW and I figured I'll just sit it out, but then came to mind that this guy was actually unbanned for a similar thing:
