Throughout the replay users failed to speak English in main chat.

4:56 - Ďàá’ÑĞ‘řëš drives over stopping zones on the pit lane.

12:25 - Same as above.

36:15 - TiM burnouts one's tyres on the main pit lane. Keeps on doing it multiple times.

39:08 - 65eN stunts on the pit lane, as well as Camry . 10 . SHLA8 who crashes to one.

41:12 - Camry . 10 . SHLA8 abuses the inSim by reconnecting to the server from OOB.

42:24 - TiM stunts on the main pit lane and loses control of one's car; as a consequence one hits a parked car and fails to apologise.

44:18 - Obviously 65eN disregards the right of way and crashes on a civilian on the pit lane, but after this TiM starts to revenge ram 65eN.

45:20 - 65eN harasses TiM by overtaking and brake checking one which caused one to lag-crash.

47:08 - TiM starts to revenge ram 65eN.

48:38 - Camry . 10 . SHLA8 rams a parked civilian.

50:40 - 65eN fails to move properly for sirens behind. After 30 seconds one U-turns and follows the chase.

51:20 - 65eN and Camry . 10 . SHLA8 overtake the chase.

51:47 - 64eN U-turns in order to keep on following the chase.

52:25 - ` NàíF starts to follow the chase.

54:02 - Same as above.

Ramming, failure to speak English in main chat, abuse of inSim, disrespect of the sirens, driving over the stopping zones on the main pit lane, harassing, failure to apologise.

Yeah. Will give him an additional confirmable ingame warning to make sure he will not abuse the insim again.

Couldn't find 42:24. He did something similar on H1 but apologised.
Everything else was spot on.
