● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban:

Kookoo, Psygo, Matt and I (I had no idea orange even was talking, iirc, correct me if im wrong) were driving around, beautiful sunny day in Kyoto. Then came the thunderclouds; Psygo accused KooKoo of crashing. I indeed was driving out of the pits while this incident happened, but then they started fighting in public chat and I believe you guys see from the chatlogs that i said "Take it to the forums" atleast a few times, along those lines atleast. I meant not to "bully" anyone into "submission". He said sorry, i believed he was at fault. Simple, isnt it? Not apparently.

I did point out that he had a little bit of an attitude, he did. No way around that. And yes i propably shouldnt have called him what i did call him but i had no idea this would be taken that offensively, i have asked a few UK people if they think that is more offensive than, for example calling someone a penis and they said nope. Again, responded a bit disrespectfully but totally called for how he was acting out. I just want to point out that im sorry, i didnt check the replay and it was Psygos fault. Didnt know that, i got a bit heated.

Pipa's words on the report implies that we are a "gang of bullying friends".. No. Its not like that at all, i didnt ask for Matt to join in, he was being Matt. Nor Orange, that was so uncalled for.

His attitude stemmed from the fact that psygo's reply was more than rude and he simple replied in a similar fashion. You simply pointed the finger at the wrong person.

Irrelevant. Call your friends/mates a penis or pr.ick all day long as you please, but you don't call that other people on the server. Insults, no matter how minor they are, are against rule 1.1.

Not only was his attitude pretty reasonable, your attitude was way worse. It's a bit as if Piers Morgan was telling another person to be a less of a *Removed*.

Also considering your usual attitude on the sever, the metaphor really makes sense.

Never said you had this planned all along and started it intentionally. Good to know that you didn't want them to join in, but that doesn't change the outcome.

Fact of the matter is you four were bullying another player, who never made a mistake and only wanted to clear the incident up. He had a perfectly good reason to be upset, but remained mostly calm and professional. On the other side he had four people, 3 of which had not witnessed the accident nor did they try to figure it out, talking down to that player and even insulting him.

Not one of you had anything constructive to say and only joined the argument to pick on him.

We are a friendly community that welcomes new players and therefore we will not tolerate such behaviour. This is not my oppinion, but an unanimous oppinion that all TC members share.

And what does someone being new add to this conversation at all? I have no idea who is new and who isnt. I have nothing against being welcoming and friendly towards people, yet that sometimes happens.

It gives us a general idea what sort of person we are dealing with and their general behaviour. You call it unrelated, we call it your history and it is always relevant in these circumstances.

Nope not believing that at all. If your interest actually was to get that conversation to the forums, it wouldn't have taken you 8 minutes to do so and it certainly wouldn't have involved picking and insulting him.

And even if that was your interest, it won't change the outcome of what actually happened.

He is unknown and lacks the friends that more established community members have. If psygo had crashed a more known person on the server, this whole ordeal would have had a different outcome.

You may say this is speculation and i certainly agree. However a very likely outcome and we have had similar situations in the past.

I get that history has an affect in the ban lenght and how easy you might get one, but does that give you the right to use something like that for point proving?

It does take 8 minutes if someone does not understand the meaning of going to the forums rather than fighting in the chat. Picking and insulting was a mistake that i will apologize to Kookoo, not you (again).

As you mentioned before, history has an effect. What might have happened in the past was not my past. Also, speculating is strong in this case from your part, maybe from mine too.

For someone lacking the connections is not a reason to get special treatment, as i didnt use my "friends" to bully or pick on anyone. Sure he lacked the protection it appears Psygo had, but this wasn't about protecting anyone, even if you dont believe it.

Absolutely as it is relevant. We also use this to determine why somebody acted a certain way and if this pattern repeats itself throughout your history.

You have had a pretty abusive past, major trouble with your attitude and can't stop swearing. I see no reason to hide that from you.

Wether or not somebody is telling the truth is always speculation. However i took action upon the things i have witnessed, wether or not i am willing to give you an unban request however will not be this simple.

If i can believe you that this problem will not repeat itself then i see no issue to keep you banned for longer, however your history and this unban request make me doubt that. Am i wrong?

This bit will always be speculative, as we have to determine wether to believe in you tidying up your act or not.

What I told you was that I like to argue, when there is reason to. I do not cause drama because its not fun, well, because it really is not fun.
