Fiat Barchetta prolems

Hello

Today (Saturday) I got some problems with the car. Suddenly the windows didn't want to go up again. When I turned on the ignition I realized that none of the icons that normally show up did. Just the lights icon, the background light and of course the hazard lights.
When I started her up none of the instruments worked either.

I then did some research to see if I could find whats wrong and what I got is that I think one of the rely's (I think I'ts called that in English. If not, I'ts the small things that turns on and off the power when using for example the indicator) was broken. I'ts a rely that gives power to the other rely's or how you could say it. I will post a few pictures at the bottom if someone recognize it.

Does anyone got experience with this, or what else it could be? if you do, please let me know and you may be able to help me. I know that Fiat Brava/Bravo and Fiat Punto also have the same rely but I'm not sure if they got the same problems if it stops working.

If relay works it should click when getting power So when you turn on your ignition it should click if it works.. i think

Yeah i know, we have checked that. It clicks.. But i cant find anything else that could be wrong.. Also, i have "seen" rely's that clicks but still works O.o I'ts really strange, i know

Also, the rely is like 50eur on E-Bay so i want to be sure before i buy a new one.. I know its not THAT much, but still. if that's not the problem its annoying money

So, i have talked to ever single shop in Norway that does Fiat and no one can do the job.... And i cant find the rely on my own.. And if you want to show me the E-Bay link of this one rely its not real.. What the hell am i supposed to do now?

its a used part for 30 Euro. plus international shipment from germany is about 16,- Euro i believe.
just click on "Kontakt" top left and write em in english and ask if they deliver to other countries if u like.

Just to make it clear, it's called a "relay" and they're supposed to click when they're working.
