Hi there, both time stamps you have provided indeed show him ramming a officer in a chase, it would appear it is on purpose as he steers into the officer. Also he clearly rams you intentionally full speed with no attempt to brake such as the first time stamp.
This user will receive a short ban due to his ramming.
