[Implemented] [BUG] Loose chase but backup call still active

Not sure if this is the right area, if not please move this thread.

I discovered a bug where a cop, who is in a chase by himself calls for backup, but shortly after looses the chase, leaves the backup call still active, meaning that other cops can't call for backup in their own chase.

I hope this makes sense.

I reported this already in a private area (just noticed it was actually reported before me), maybe posting it here will be more successful though.

To add, the backup call physically disappears (i.e. it's not visible in the HUD) but when another chase calls !backup, it is still there.
