Time has come for me to leave the Training Team and make a departure

Luke will be taking over the running of the Team, and is more then capable of doing so.

The time i have spent in the team has been a great journey and one i will not forget and have took the Team to new heights and hoping it will continue to get better and better (luke ya got your work cut out lol)
