Hm, I wouldn't really call them roadblocks as his car wasn't stationary at any moment, thus couldn't have moved. More, an attempt to block your driving path, which all the same isn't tolerated.

I will speak to the user in game about these wrongdoings. It will be logged in the form of a warning.
