Description of incident (inc date & time): Well, I chased a suspect and the suspect stopped. While I was writing a ticket, he came and blocked me for no reason and it went like that, like nothing happened.

XP is currently not active in the system right now so they're no issues there.

As minor as this incident was, you did effect the game play of the cop and you should know better by now. Even if you apologized it's interfering with a cops duty/chase. Stay away from chases/traffic stops as they are non of your business, there's rules for a reason.

TurboLag will receive a warning for interfering with a chase.
