The user clearly slowed down to PIT you into the barrier with bad intentions and his "hehe" (although it is hard that he directed it at you) shows he did not care about the consequences. His attitude afterwards was not acceptable either with "report yourself."

AL-KEN has been issued a confirmable in-game warning about ramming other users.
