Hello,

The user in question is relatively new to the community, so far having a total gaming time of five hours. Since he has got no record whatsoever, I'll just give him a confirmable in-game warning to not ram anyone again. I was also able to find another timestamp of him head-on ramming someone, so it was most evidently done intentionally.
