Desktop Recorder Help [RESOLVED]
Hey guys,
I'm after a recorder that records in-built sound, and does not record off microphone or pc speakers as they come out distorted. I have tried camstudio but it would only record microphone or PC speakers. Recommendations are appreciated. Thanks Stevo. |

RE: Desktop Recorder Help
If your recording your desktop, then you will have to put Stereomix as default device for recording. It plays back the sound coming out of you speakers, in that way you can record vid's and the sound of it.

RE: Desktop Recorder Help
Ok thanks will see what it comes out like.
Edit: Messed about with audio options and managed to do it now, thanks! Another question, are there any other game recording programs than fraps? Every time it records it kills my FPS. I end up using my phone to record it instead. |

RE: Desktop Recorder Help [RESOLVED]
No, I have no idea. I have the same problem, I just gave up recording on my own computer.
I have tried it with another program though, but that program didnt record ingame, so it ends up as a very long clip of your wallpaper, with the game-sounds. |
