Are spectators allowed to join the host and watch the game?

The server will be open at 20:00 UTC, so anyone can join because at that time all the teams and everything will be set!

Everyone is to turn up 15 minutes earlier.

If a team player fails to turn up, and there is someone who hasn't signed up, can they take their place providing the first game has not started?

Unfortunately not, they are only there to spectate.
