17.12.2015 around 1:00pm in GMT.

41:20:66 Danger - driving wrong way, drifting, hitting other player

43:58:16 D e M o o N and Danger hooning together

48:22:02 D e M o o N - near miss with a player

59:16:09 Tatsuka - he just hit me again, and acting rude after his fault. sadly the first hit isn't saved cause of an earlier issue.

1:00:21:07 Danger - illegal u-turn provoking cop

1:04:44:22 - 1:06:59:45 - Tatsuka illegal u-turns, wrong side driving and he didn't used the siren/lights properly during his chases, not just here.

1:04:45:95 D e M o o N - hitting other players with cause, leaving the scene without saying a word.

1:07:58:24 Tatsuka - causing an accident with no sense, leaving the scene - seems to be - without saying a word. maybe he was apologized privately.

1:11:25X D e M o o N - the most clear view of a VOB-like hit

1:12:51:50 B a d r - drifting around and driving wrong way

1:14:29:11 B a d r - near miss with me

1:16:19:63 B a d r - hitting an other player

1:23:50:56 D e M o o N - lane hogging, hitting an other player

1:25:49:20 D e M o o N - causing an accident, leaving without apologies

1:27:10:80 B a d r - driving wrong way and obstructing a chase, even if he was apologized after.




Personal comment:
Guys! It's a pain in the @ss to spend an hour trying to make a report acceptable. Still have several scenes in that replay but its just enough for me.
I hope it will be enough to punish them, cause all the written apologies from them are just telling lies!
These players doesn't respect nobody, won't take care none of the server rules, using non-english communication in the main chat constantly, driving around anywhere and doesn't give a poop about others.
It very annoying when you like to do what you already decided and other people starts distracting you from the ease of enjoying a game, that makes us - i can say that from the name of many players - VERY UPSET.
And as was written before I am also pretty sure that DeMooN guy is still using VOB mods.

Hi TAJM,

Thanks for the report. I've gone through it timestamp by timestamp multiple times and listed my findings below.

39:45:19 D e M o o N - driving wrong way, drifting, causing accident - D e M o o N is indeed carelessly stunting and drifting on the road, coming close to other users and at one point crashing into his friend, before wrong siding into a group of cars with enough force to flip.

41:20:66 Danger - driving wrong way, drifting, hitting other player - Danger was also wrongsiding while drifting and stunting. Not long after his friend was crashed, he also drifts around traffic, getting hit as well.

43:58:16 D e M o o N and Danger hooning together & 48:22:02 D e M o o N - near miss with a player – Indeed. More stunting and close calls.

59:16:09 Tatsuka - he just hit me again, and acting rude after his fault. sadly the first hit isn't saved cause of an earlier issue. – Tatsuka moved out from the junction to initiate a chase, however in his excitement he probably forgot to check the map. This happens from time to time, however his attitude afterwards was the issue. He did indeed act rudely towards you and this is the main issue.

1:00:21:07 Danger - illegal u-turn provoking cop – This wasn’t really provoking, just a terrible time to perform a u-turn. I doubt Danger was aware that another vehicle was there, let alone a police car.

1:04:44:22 - 1:06:59:45 - Tatsuka illegal u-turns, wrong side driving and he didn't used the siren/lights properly during his chases, not just here. – I’ll have a word with Tatsuka about remembering to keep his strobes and sirens activated throughout a chase. The rest of his driving was a bit scruffy but it was acceptable.

1:04:45:95 D e M o o N - hitting other players with cause, leaving the scene without saying a word. – Indeed, D e M o o N was causing incidents again due to his stunting out with a stunt zone.

1:07:58:24 Tatsuka - causing an accident with no sense, leaving the scene - seems to be - without saying a word. maybe he was apologized privately. – This would be correct. I can’t find any trace of an apology in the chatlogs at all.

1:11:25X D e M o o N - the most clear view of a VOB-like hit – This was indeed a suspicious looking hit, but it may just be down to lag.

1:12:51:50 B a d r - drifting around and driving wrong way & 1:14:29:11 B a d r - near miss with me – BADR was indeed drifting on the wrong side and came close to your vehicle.

1:16:19:63 B a d r - hitting an other player – BADR did indeed cause a crash by wrongsiding, and he could not brake fast enough as he had popped his tyres by drifting.

1:23:50:56 D e M o o N - lane hogging, hitting an other player – D e M o o N was indeed tailgating dangerously behind a cop who had to brake for a roundabout. D e M o o N was too close to pull up and hit the cop with a fair bit of force. Using a stunt setup on the road also made it hard to slow down properly.

1:25:49:20 D e M o o N - causing an accident, leaving without apologies - While D e M o o N and BADR were spun in the road due to drifting, Bartek actually accelerated into the pair of them. There was sufficient time to brake and/or avoid the situation ahead, however Bartek chose not to and rammed them instead. This is not the correct way to handle a situation like this.

1:27:10:80 B a d r - driving wrong way and obstructing a chase, even if he was apologized after. - In this situation, while BADR may have been drifting, he had spun out then tried to get out of the way of the following chase. While he was wrong for drifting in front of a chase like that, Tatsuka actually braked in order to swerve and hit BADR despite the fact it was entirely possible to avoid BADR – Tatsuka actually had to leave the “racing line” in order to cause contact here.

While I understand your pains here, without your report it would be impossible to deal with poor behaviour while no admins are online. As it is, I'll have spent 2 hours up to now going through this, and there will still be work for me to do behind the scenes, so it isn't enjoyable for me either. However, if it clears the server of rule breakers, then it isn't time wasted.

Bartek and I had a conversation on the server and I'm happy that this was an incident that was out of character for him, so he only received a gentle warning.

Tatsuka has a history of a poor attitude, insufficient copping skills and general poor driving standards, so he will be receiving a ban and will be required to resit his cop license test upon his return.

BADR has a long history of stunting, crashing and poor driving, so he will receive a ban for his actions.

Danger will also be receiving a ban for his efforts.

D e M o o N will be receiving a long ban in combination with this report for his behavior. Multiple rams, constant drifting and stunting with complete disregard for traffic and general lack of awareness of other users means his driving style is unacceptable on our servers.
