iTunes Install Help

Hey Guys

Having a nightmare of a time at the moment with my PC. I did a fresh install and am going through reinstalling all the usual programs.

iTunes is a no go though, I have spent about an hour trying to get it to work now. I keep getting the same error:



I have seen on various sites about installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable, having done so it still does not work. Have restarted my PC a few times too. On my list of current installed programs, I have 3 x Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable's and 2 x 2013 Versions.

Anyone got any other idea how I can solve this?

If the issue persists and you have a 64-bit system try the for older video cards version which is a 64-bit installer for mostly 32-bit code, similar to all 64-bit versions of iTunes up to 12.1.

iTunes "Older" Version (the version number is the same, just the program code is different as for why it may work)
