Cause crash and don't apology, no sorry. When he flew out the track -> escaped! It's not allowed.

The move at 2:21:05 was just a little bit dirty and quite unfortunate for Warrior.

At 2:26:40, pushing players into traffic is outright acceptable. He also escaped the chase through refusing to Shift+P.
