Integrating some of Mary's features into [TC]s COP System

Suggestion is simple.

Add some of Mary's features to [TC]s COP System, things like:

- A tracker behind you car, useful to tell cars behind to stay away from the chase
- In-game statistics
- Some fancy locating GUIs in pursuit.
- Some buttons, !caution, !hazard etc...

Why not, Chuck should have a look at this. However, we need to keep only useful things, and I think this isn't the priority. But, why not.

i like the clickable on screen buttons idea, though it would have to be able to be turned on and off for the mouse users,
