User's received a 30 day ban for intentionally ramming, provoking accidents and failing to apologise for it. I did not include insulting as you pointed out as you did trigger the "nob" response with your own "l2d". However he did not seem to have let it go after you busted him and he tried in all ways possible to get you to chase him.
