Hello, I'll be dealing with your report. The time stamp you provided wasn't the actual point of when the user starts to act up. But I was able to find the incident you have described, just a few minutes ahead of the original stamp.
The user does indeed drift onto the wrong side quite frequently, but I found no accidents caused from this. On the other hand, he blocked one user from overtaking, causing a collision with no apology.
He also hit another user who was overtaking him, causing the user to lose control of his car.
Due to this users behavior, but clean slate, he will receive a stern warning followed by an on screen message when the user connects to the server.
