Seems like JackWaaa was aware of sirens behind him, as he slowed down and moved to the side, but as soon as MED (responding to SOS call) passed him, he started accelerating again. Anyways he should have paid more attention to surroundings and let you pass.
JackWaaa received confirmable warning for not moving properly for sirens. In future please try to speak to user before reporting him. A lot of problems can be simply solved by talking. Action has been taken as described
