Minor Rule Change

Hello,

Rule 7.1 has been updated. It now says:

Quote:7. --- Tow Cars ---
7.1. Name Tag

Tow cars must use "[TOW]" in their name to be identified as tow cars. The tag must be in one colour and not black.

The notable change is that the tag is not allowed to be in black. This is now consistent with the COP/MED/RES tag rules.
