Sadly I stopped recording a bit soon, after I confronted him he continued to do speeding, I have screenshots if needed.

Description of incident: 17-1-2018, around 14.00
Note: I saw Ice coming online, but didnt get a response sadly, messaged via !tc multiple times.

I don't think it was intentional as he stopped on a side while later, so I think he just wanted to slow down. Anyways no harm has been done.
