Main reason(s): Ok i was in chase and desided to go quick sand area and suddenly cops start yellen i go oob? is it oob ? i think is track area like beach. then i ask admin and he said everything is oob if go out of track?? so you cannot go bridges? beach? grass?? where is line?? i am confused.

There is mixed opinion whether that should be considered out of bounds or not.
The easiest solution is to block that little area off, which has now been done.
