Completely avoidable if you had an ounce of patience. Looks like he saw you coming and attempted to move back over. All you need to do is just slow down sometimes. I only saw you back off the throttle in the corner exit, then you were straight back onto throttle to get past him. Just because you are in a chase does not mean you can go full throttle past potential hazards in the road. Take it easy and these things won't happen.

typing "??" isn't the proper way to talk to someone either.
