I'll answer to each of your timestamps below:

There's not much to say about this. There was nothing 'bad' about it. He very lightly pushed you, as he thought you would accelerate but you didn't. It didn't cause any damage or impact your chase at all.

Same as above, there's no harm in that move. You were on the grass, they were simply trying to figure a way to bust you. It did not cause you any damage. You complain about this light 'push' when you do exactly the same against robo at 6:35.

Nothing to note. Very minor light hit, didn't impact your chase or cause damage at all. It's a normal thing to happen in chases.

A minor incident, he could've done better, but all he was trying was to perform a P.I.T. He didnt complete the PIT into the barrier. It could've been cleaner / neater.

There's a difference between 'pushing to the wall' or trying to keep you against the wall. What he did was the last thing. You were against the wall already, and he simply tried to block your front in order to slow you down and if possible box you.

This is the same as the other timestamps you mentioned. You were already stopped, he simply wants to ensure that you dont drive away. And like you said, you were already stopping/not going to run away anyways.

So, to sum up, I believe they were pretty fair during the chase. You made contact with them the same way they did with you. I do not see any kind of ramming, or unfair moves that caused you to be damaged or lose the chase for it. In all the timestamps you mentioned, light contact is involved, and in every chase there's a bit more contact between the suspect and the COP than only P.I.T manoeuvres.

COPs try to block you, slow you down, and box you whenever the situation allows it. In order to achieve that, they need light contact at some points which you classify as 'side/door hit'. However, as you will understand the goal of COPs is to bust you. There needs to be light contact involved for this to happen, and as long as this is performed in a fair way for both parties there is nothing wrong with it. It was a fair chase, with contact from both sides, and there's no moves to be punished, classified as ramming or anything similar, just normal contact.

Therefore, I wont be taking any action.
