Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Insult for arguably incorrect fine?

4:55.00 - Suspect goes the wrong way.
5:00.00 - Got laser on the suspect and initiated a chase.
5:06.00 ~ - Suspect steers on traffic.
5:22.00 - Hits "[TOW] Speed'D!".
5:40.00 - Crashes/Gets crashed by [R]Eddy head-on.
At this point i'm not sure if he reached 45 seconds or stopped before, not my problem
5:56.00 - Gets hit by ROBO, he claims that he was the reason for the "failed to stop"
Get's high fined and cried about it
6:30.00 onwards where he starts insulting, he also said he doesn't care if he gets banned. "gfy " means go *Removed* yourself

If the fine is invalid i'll refund

Hello,

The biggest concern here is your attitude, RedJohn. To make it very clear to you, you came back from a permanent ban
around 100 days ago. I would like to remind you that 3 months ago, you made an unban appeal in which you agreed to:

• Not repeat any of the behaviour shown in the events leading up to your ban.
• That upon further incidents of a similar nature to your ban, we will reinstate a permanent ban without warning.
  

You mentioned that you were more mature, and therefore agreed to the points mentioned above. You would re-read our server rules aswell. Since you agreed to those terms, we unbanned you. However, you've shown exactly the same behavior and inappropiate attitude you had in the past. What you've proven to us with the attitude shown in this report is that you clearly have not learnt at all from previous punishments.

This is not the type of behavior we expect from someone who has been permanently banned and to who we've given a second chance to play in our servers. Since you did not follow the terms that were agreed with your unban, the ban will be reinstated.

Therefore:

RedJ has been permanently banned from our servers.
