Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 27:15 starts drifting roundabout
35:05 - Goes wrong way and hits a cop.
39:24 - start drifting roundabout again and i tell him to stop .
40:45 - avoids the swear filter.
44:53 - start drifting roundabout again.
49:17 - in the chat he says that he has no interest in the rules , he's fine playing without them too.

Thanks for trying to get some sense into him, unfortunatly some people just are unable to follow the most basic rules.

As he have no interest in following the rules, he will be removed from the server for a while, along with a confirmable warning if he decides to return after his ban.
