Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
So, I joined a chase, and i needed to turn around to catch up to the suspect. At 28:18, i start to brake, and another person crashed into me. I understood him, because he had almost no reaction time, even though siren means slow down and he could have kept distance. At 28:26, [MEISTER]ugurdalgic started to come fast towards Zeyus, who stopped. Then, he rammed into zeyus, making me fly onto the opposite side of the road. You can notice, from his pov, that he braked, but in the last moment, he did not try to go around. 10 minutes later, he went wrong way into me, at the entrance of the pit, and I asked him his opinion to rule 1.5, which clearly says to stay away from chases, in response, he said "nothing", as you can see in the screenshot in the link below.

Hey,

28.18 bernt03: He was clearly following your chase for awhile before this incident. If he had stopped following earlier, this could have been avoided easily. He was also causing accidents/ramming on the replay.

28:26 ugurdalgic: He could have braked earlier as he did see that the road was blocked by multiple cars. Also he should have seen that siren in front too. After trying to find that other incident, i did notice him ramming another user while driving. The second incident was just a tap to be honest and he did also apologize for it. So nothing wrong here.

bernt03 will receive a confirmable warning for his actions. And ugurdalgic will be banned for 3-days.

For the future please put all timestamps on the report, as we don't have time to search these incidents for every report. You also should consider, how you deal with rule breakers in-game. I can see you were frustrated with the user, however "you know i can see you on the forums for that crash" isn't proper way to talk with a rule breaker.
