Hi Kiwie,

Firstly, the way you tried to speak to the user was not helpful. Spamming "hello" in chat isn't going to do anything. Try saying "hello", then if no response, "can we have a chat?" etc.

Nevertheless, the player in question has been banned for two weeks for ramming.
