Hi,

Bearing in mind suspects can use similar force cops can use, I don't think most of the timestamps are actual rams nor against the rules - I think on a number of occasions he just managed to outbrake you and use that opportunity for an attempted PIT.

That said, his attitude post-chase isn't acceptable and for that he'll receive a warning.
