Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): So, I was racing around Kyoto Ring for a little bit, admittedly going in the opposite lane too to get the best speed, and suddenly, I get hit by smt in the middle of a high speed corner, sending me far off the map. That was a pretty dangerous move by both of us, but I promptly left the server to check the MPR. He ends up in the middle of the double-apex just as I exit, pumps the brakes for a second and swerves right into my path. I try to ask him what that was about, and I only get the reason "panic". I come back and ask him why he rammed me to complete my report and I get no response even though Hakou, who he was trying to chase down, urges him to respond.

Timestamps are:
1st mpr, 44:30 - incident itself
2nd mpr, start to finish - me asking him why
