● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban:

First of all I would like to appologize for my behaviour and I take full responsibility for it. However I would like to ask that the length of my ban be shortened due to the severity of the case. I understand and again apologize for what I said and did. Considering this is my first ban and also the first report in 1500 hours played on the server I would like to ask that the admins consider to shorten the ban to 7 days or whatever they see fit, because I think 21 days is a bit excessive.

Also having had a look at past incident of this nature, the punishment seems to be a lot easier/lower in those cases. Eg:

Just to reiterate, calling the user a monkey the first time wasn't overly concerning. However, the user made it rather clear that he didn't appreciate being called a monkey and explained why, yet you persisted and generally escalated* (see my reply in the forum report for more information). Hopefully you can understand why this is different to the other, largely unrelated situation(s) you have listed in your original post.

*Also, I recognise that Senna also escalated the situation with numerous insults, which is why he is also banned.

As a side-note since you mentioned reports: I can confirm that from 24 February 2023 to 28 February 2023, you have received in-game reports from four separate users (including Senna). This indicates that your general conduct may be causing problems with other players, which may be something else to think about.

That said, thank you for taking full responsibility for your poor conduct. I trust that you won't continue to inflame any disputes on the server, and that you will conduct yourself in line with the server rules, and the Getting Help manual page.

Your ban will be reduced to 7 days, counting from the date of ban (02 March 2023).

Don't worry about being involved in the occasional dispute, that's bound to happen especially if you are an extremely active player. It's just important to try and keep things relatively civil (not just you - anyone involved), which I know you're aware of by now.
