I'll deal with this report, though next time you really need to follow basic instructions and provide the basic information we are asking for. It's all for a reason.

Since you put no effort into this report, I won't put much effort into explaining my findings.

The hit didn't break any rules. You should think twice before pulling unpredictable maneuvers when the chasing cop is so close behind.

Additionally, try to be more reasonable when you think someone has done something wrong, "report!1111" is unlikely to yield favourable results.
