Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: Hi, I was banned for dangerous driving but I apologized to the people I hit and if the people I accidentally hit were offended, they could report it but the person I never hit reported it and I was banned for 7 months. nonsense

I didn't hit anyone on purpose.

Do you think that just because you didn't hit people on purpose makes your actions justifiable? Your recklessness and inability to sufficiently keep control over your vehicle is what led you to collide with nearly every car in the oncoming lane. In real life, a dangerous driver who injures an innocent person is held accountable, even if "it wasn't on purpose."

What's more concerning is your complete lack of acknowledgment that you are in the wrong. You were knowingly breaking server rules by consistently wrong-waying and speeding on the busiest road on the map, yet somehow you're upset that someone reported you for it. Meanwhile, after getting your original 4-month ban reduced, it took you less than 2 months to get banned once again. I'm afraid your last chance for leniency was given to you already in your previous unban request.
