Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: Reason why i feel to get unban is because i was driving FAIKPOLSKI-MALACZ and brakes work poorly and im going vmax and he is staying on motorcycle on middle of road and start of corner and i was looking at my friend on discord and didn't see him because i have microlags if server is full and some people going to pits im so sorry about this i do this not intentionally and im so sorry this is my second day on server and i readed a rules.

Since you are a new player and I do feel like your apology is genuine, I will grant you your unban request.

However, just to clarify one thing: I reviewed the MPR replay after you were reported by the biker for ramming. In this replay, it is very clear that you had zero intention of stopping in time, nor did you put in any effort to avoid the bikers.

Were they sitting in the middle of the road? Yes, one of them fell down and was in the process of getting up. Are you allowed to drive into them and then blame your internet and your brakes? No.

Even IF your brakes were "bad" (which they were not) and even IF you were "lagging", you caused an accident and proceeded to blame the bikers instead of apologizing. On your return you will see a confirmable warning message, please read it carefully and make sure you drive more carefully in the future and apologize for any crashes you cause.
