He is ramming me when i am parked and he tries to get me follow him just for fun. he is wrongside driving. He dosen´t stay away from chases. He is speeding all the time. He dosen´t respect the rules, he destroy the fun on this server, when he always gonna play cop/TC member. I have a video, just see from 1:04:10:90

Okay, so it just looks like he wanted a chase, I'd advise him to not be annoying in future but he didn't break any rules. He didn't explicity provoke you from what I saw. Seven, cops don't have to chase you even if you break road laws constantly. You said he rammed you - I don't see it. I watched where you wanted me to.
