Around 30:12.00 in the replay u can see how his head is turned into my direction. He's looking at me. As he saw that im going to floor it down the hw he entered the road again right infront of me. When i'm beside him he turned into my car and made me go into that barrier. On the other lane were traffic incoming, so i had no chance to avoid that crash. After that he told me he just blocked me. He was besides me so there was no chance to "block" me. |

RE: Report - Mr.Chips
First of all, sorry for the delay.
To be honest, he did nothing illegal. What happened, is that as you said, after you both have recovered from the PIT maneuver and continued down the Highway 1, he has blocked you into the barrier. This is quite an usual technique, however, there is not a lot of opportunities to use it effectively, in all the chases. To avoid it, the best thing you can do is either slow down or overtake on the other side, where there is no harmful objects, such as barriers. You both recover from the PIT maneuver - at this point he is already looking for you to be close enough, to preform a block: He makes a slight contact, just enough, to turn you into the barrier: You hit the barrier: ... and bounce off it, on his roof: As Mr.Chips has done nothing illegal, no action will be taken. No action has been taken for reasons described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives. |
