If you see sirens, you slow down immediately, whether you're going to loose your race or not.

Edit: Re thought, was you actually Street Racing or do you mean cruising? Either one, you should have slowed down.

So, Kyle, you did disrespect sirens essentially, I know you apologised and I know you got stuck good and thus couldn't get free, but none of this would have happened provided you had respected sirens. Daniel's report is valid enough. I'm not going to take any action. This forum report wasn't needed.
