As a cop, when you see someone illegal parked, you warn them to move then fine. But today a COP came straight up behind me and fined me.

First of all, I thought you were blocking perdize since he was standing behind you and from where I saw he was pushing you. I was standing behind you guys, using my horn as warning. When I did that, Perdize started pushing you straight to the pit exit and you braked again right near it. From that point I was still thinking you were blocking Perdize and I fined you for illegal parking. I did NOT know you guys had a conversation, that is an miscommunication then.

Alright you are correct he did indeed fine you instantly without asking first.

Cops are not allowed to fine other users for improper parking immediately. The cop must first ask the driver to move along. If a user fails to respond or move, a parking fine may issued once.

He will receive a confirmable ingame warning.
