Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
I currently have no cars, cash and am unable to rent on my account, all I can do is spectate. I've been away for some time and I just wanted to have a gentle drive around track. Is it possible I can get a reset or a UF1 applied to my account?

It seems a lot of your stuff was sent to account: Flange.

Go in-game and I'll restrict you to the UF1 and you can obtain money.
