I cant go on srw...player 27/32 and i cant go into the srw!? Srw its full xDD

Ok first of all the maximum slots on the server are 32, however 2 of them are reserved for level 1 admins(TC leaders and chuck). So there are 30 slots for us normal people. Tongue

What you have most likely experienced is that 3 people were already joining the server before you, so once they were "fully" connected, the server would indeed be full. Just wait a few seconds/minutes and you will see the server list updating with new connected users.
The server list doesn't show people connecting.

i think its max players can join 27 and rest admins not sure but

Make sure you're looking at connections and not the number of cars on track too.
