me and fake death had a litle nice cruise , in limits no block no anything , then this user passed us , started brake checking and caused a litle acident and caused me to wrong side on ab , and it wasent the first time he brake checked us , he did it to other users of tc too , and to us ealier is well , like 3 times , i wouldent mind if at least he said sorry but no apology or anything just drives off like nothing happend

There is NO rule about this, people can drive where they want as long as they don't block cars on purpose or cause problems. It's just something about common sense. There's no harm in passing on the right, it would've avoided a lot of problems for you.
I seen you blocking and brake checking several different users whilst checking the replay and checking the chatlogs shown how abusive and offensive you're. You had several bans already for being abusive and you'll receive a long ban now.
